A simple screen, organized by intelligence
Most apps hand you an empty structure — projects, folders, labels — and leave the organizing to you. Calmendar starts from one clean list and lets the AI help: it can group scattered notes into lists, and it tells a task, an appointment and a note apart on its own.
You can also hide many of the features you don't use from Settings, so the app stays as quiet as you want it to be.
Voice capture
Most apps treat voice as an extra way to fill in a task that's still typing-first. Calmendar is built around it from the ground up.

Free and paid
Calmendar has a free plan for the basics. The AI features and some extras need a paid plan — the app shows what each plan includes and the current price before you choose.
Privacy
Most task apps need an account and sync everything to their own cloud. Calmendar needs no account and no sign-in — your tasks are stored primarily on your own device, with no ads and no tracking. When you use the AI, the text of what you say is sent to an AI service to be processed. Backup, when you turn it on, goes to your own iCloud or Google Drive, never to a Calmendar server.
